2:20 Pulling the elbow with the hand is weak compared to pulling the elbow with your own elbow. By that I mean hooking your own arm under his and then pulling up and away. You can have your hand hooked around his back and still slide your arm upward to pry his own away from his body.

Hello coach, I know your a football coach/player. I play soccer and I want to be a pro female soccer player when I grow up and I want to be the best. Should I do ladder drills 5x a week for 1hr 20-30 min and on saturdays sprints(other footwork drills) plyo and runs.

It looked like a fitness boot camp. Many of those drills could have been done with the ball at their feet.

Don’t say God’s name in vain or cuss repent and ask for forgiveness before it’s to late and you go to hell because you were judged by God remember he doesn’t wanna do this but it’s a punishment……….
