Yessssss ! Machine back to life ! A huge thanks for this helpful video. Just note that an unfitted sensor don't fit back easily in place, due to the very few space to grab fingers around. On first try it seemed to be fitted, but only half the notches were properly plugged. The error message was back after rebooting the machine. Had to get the sensor out of its slot and replug it with the four notches correctly plugged in the slot. Second try made it.

Two notes: It was hard to tell that you were saying to press the 2 & the 8 simultaneously. Rewinding the video helped me to see that that is what you were doing. ALSO: The final step omitted needs to be that you turn the machine off and then back on. If you said that, I never did catch it with all the rewinds I did. ;) It took me several attempts at this and much more Googling to figure this out. After that, then no PIN/ID is needed, so best to Google how to set up a new ID and PIN for security reasons. I like to stick to the default (7654321) so I don't run into this again!! Thanks for the help; it was very much needed. :)
