I remember Nick B as a baby 2Lt. He seemed a decent enough chap.

Political extremism is caused by government not doing their job. If we protected our borders, deported foreign undesirables, didn’t overspend, had efficiency in government and focused on the commonweal of our own people there would be no political extremism… liberal politicians have chosen to neglect all of these areas … the Russians were provoked no doubt about it … all we had to do to avoid it was to keep things as they were but we couldn’t just leave it alone. 1 million dead and insane energy prices … so what is worth all that ? A Ukrainian border ? Are you absolutely sure when we are having our own borders invaded daily ? The double standards are on display for all to see … which again leads to political extremism…

I discovered functional mushrooms a few years ago- and it is amazing, with a little practice and a reference book, to go on a walk in the UK and start seeing medicine growing from the trees and from the ground…. ❤

Since posting that I have shared Hind Rajab's prayer with our Justice and Peace group, with several churches where I have spoken for Christian Aid and yesterday at the Urban Theology Union in Sheffield. Everyone was equally moved, I think. And yet the terrible violence goes on.....Thank you both again so much for this interview - we need to hear these things, Andrew, Teversal, Notts.

Ha - I remember Charlie as a 2Lt. Good guy. Got a bit of stick for his accent but hey that happened to all the officers. He has hardly aged a day. Benjamin Button job. I do like his humility, humour, and honest analysis.
