Background "music" noise with poor miking combines to chase me away. Drop the "music" if you want people to be able to hear you.

To me the one feature that makes Briggs & Riley worth the $$$ is the Outsider Handle for a flat packing surface inside. This doesn't appear to have it so to me it might as well be any suitcase.

While I like the demo, the bag is bulged in the middle. I think compression should be saran wrapped before you close a bag so it keeps its shape.

I really want the Briggs. Mainly for the TOP LID version, not the clam shell version and because the handles do not encroach into the bag. But i went with another TOP LID hard shell brand (mid price $125 for 21 inch) because i felt the Briggs was just too heavy. I'm only 5'5" inches tall and 115lbs and I'm weak. So heavy bags are a struggle for me. That's why i don't like clam shell, because opening up a packed clam shell is a struggle too. But I'm still still lusting for the Briggs.
