Good explanation why to practice the open stands and good simple drills to to improve it. Any progressive drills on various stands, close and semi open for backhand and forehand? Thank you.
@@VoytekRogowski semi open stance and open stance are rarely used in backhand shots (unless you’re on a stretch and looking for a quick recovery) while is the most common stance for forehands. close stance for forehands are rare and mostly used for approach shots or short balls when trying to be aggressive. as a complete player you should be able to execute all of them. I can make a video explaining when to use different stance and why, followed by some drills. thanks for the suggestion!
