Brandi is dealing with something that we all have to deal with at some point. It DOES get easier, but you still always miss your parents. I just went to visit my Mom, gone 24 years this month, at the cemetery with my brother Charlie and your Dad. Good podscast, Jess!

Very interesting subject, particularly because I suffered with anxiety for quite a while. Mine was too mainly to a claustrophobia type feeling. I have managed to harness that anxiety and control it. I love your statement that if you were going on a trip having anxiety about it is not going to change the outcome. That’s a very good point.

I loved watching this podcast! So much great information for all generations. What I have noticed over the years is that we put so much pressure on ourselves to be on the right path. However, the path is always changing, and we never have it quite "figured out!" It is important to embrace change and remember life is evolving, and we figure out our path daily! We have to always be open to new directions. Everyone has a story to tell, and not every path is scripted! It's so nice to hear from both of you on your experiences!
