Use dawn diamond blue soap. Pour some directly on the black spots and scrub into the shoe. DO NOT RINSE IT OFF IMMEDIATELY AND LET THE SUDS SIT ON THE SHOE FOR 10 MINUTES OR SO. You are rinsing off the soap immediately and not giving enough time for the soap to work itself onto those stains. Really scrub the soap in and let it sit for a bit before rinsing it off and throwing in the wash

What about the black (ground) wire from the camera? Where did you connect the black wire from camera to? What year is your Camry?
