The Bridger Ski Foundation Nordic Pro Team is one of six Olympic development teams in the United States. We compete on what's known as the SuperTour circuit, the highest level of domestic competition. Athletes qualify for the World Cup through top finishes at these races and can be named to the US Ski Team. We receive no direct funding from the US Olympic Committee or US Ski and Snowboard. Instead, we rely on donations from individuals, local sponsors, and national partners to help offset our racing, travel, and training expenses.
Our annual Season Send-Off Fundraiser is happening from December 18th to 22nd. We're seeking support to help offset our annual training and racing expenses, including the US National Championships in Anchorage, Alaska, which begins the first week of January.
Our goal is to raise $20,000, which will help offset travel expenses, race entry fees, and race ski waxing.
The US National Championships are critical races as they set the tone for the rest of the season. We have two athletes shooting to qualify for the Under 23 World Championships and athletes fighting for World Cup qualifications. With the next Winter Olympics coming up in 2026, strong finishes at races this winter will help put us in the best position to have BSF Pro Team athletes competing on the US Olympic Team.
