As an autistic person, I relate to this. Sometimes, being underestimated can cause meltdowns, cause suddenly my body is trying to tense up and receive sensory input, which in turn becomes too much, causing a meltdown. A lot of mine are internalized, so I never got diagnosed and no one knew when I needed certain things. 💜
