Hello, I apologize for the late response, I will not recommend our air bnb to anyone. After a day or two of stay we realized that the price and everything was not worth it. The host was super nice but the room, balcony etc was not what we expected. Also the pool is located in a different building , a 3 minutes walking distance.

Thanks for the correction, when we got there , our air bnb host pleaded we do not shower twice or regularly since the only source of water is from the rain. That was why we used bottled water to brush our teeth. I will go back to STT and STJ again, there’s still a lot that I need to learn. Thank you

One of the reasons why I tried comparing to my upbringing was because ever since I left my home country to the USA, I have not been to a place that looks a lot different from the mainland USA, not sure if you understand. The building in STT and STJ are quite similar to the once in my home country ( most ). The narrowness of the roads, STJ has not traffic lights , if I am not mistaken most part has no traffic lights, just like my home town. The local dish, the people ,seeing all the goats and roosters in the street, a lot reminds me of home. That is why I tried to compare but the truth is that the beauty of STT and STJ is unexplainable.

@@aminu715 most of the locals go to St thomas to shop. And then again they dont visit alot of those tourists places you were going to where everything is over priced.

@@aminu715 yes those places are beautiful but they have alot of dark history behind them. My ancestors worked those sugar plantations as enslaved people where those mills now stand.
