I built my own Hatsune Miku Future Tone Arcade Cabinet!
I buillt my own PS4 based Hatsune Miku Future Tone Arcade cabinet from cheap materials and
started this project about 2 years ago so this video was long overdue. If you have any questions or ideas, let me know in the comments!
Links to some artwork and stuff i used down below.
There will be more videos coming in the future… so be sure to like and subscribe!
THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! 39 39!
PS: This is my first video and as you probably guessed, english is not my first language. That's why i use "like" in every sentence. Sorry about that.

Project Dave!! This is bloody mint I'm hoping to do the same. Thanks for sharing!
6:25 more than real
This Looks Awesome Brother! Kudos For This Project! Where Did You Get The Cherry Switches From? . Also How Do You Replace The Switches From The Stock Buttons? I'm Debating If I Should Use Omron Switches 🤔
Thank you to use Brook UFB to build this cabinet. Brook added DIVA MEGA'39 controller for Switch/PS4 to play games on PS4 & Switch. If you played Hatsune Miku Project DIVA on switch, you can test Wingman-XE2 & controller to give feedback. This video was taken by pro-player from Taiwan to test on Switch & PS4. th-cam.com/video/ZOWyV1wmwHo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=yM0cWwxdcsH7RWke
Which kabels did you use? V5or v12?
amazing! i want it with my life
Hello! do you know the name for the cables that's connects to the button? I mean, the connectors
Nice project!
you know there is an actual AFT software...and can be played in PC but it might be illegal outside of JP but people still use it and can be added with your own songs/ mods/ new models
oh man that‘s super cooooooool
This cost you about $600 USD to make, which when considering arcade cabinets can usually go for $2,000-3,000, that's a steal. If you already have a PS4, that's even less money too, so you could reasonably build this for $400-500 USD if you're smart with buying stuff discounted. Absolutely amazing.
How did you made those PS style buttons?
David, great job! I've been wanting to do this same kind of project but I have the actual arcade data dump running on a spare PC I have pretty well, but right now it's really jank with it just sitting on the floor with a display on my dresser. lol. Here in the US there's a store chain called MicroCenter and they sell arcade machine kits for like $300 or so. I really wanna get a kit and build my AFT (Arcade Future Tone) PC into it... I also have the very sought after and expensive Gamo2 DIVALLER replica controller. It works super well, but yeah.. I'd love to have it arcade form factor. I could if I wanted to spend like $4k US get an actual arcade cab and put my hardware into it etc, but yeah... I'd need a spendable $4k first. lol. Any advice from anyone would be appreciated.
What program did you use to make the layout for the project and them print it? I wanna make a controller with 100mm buttons, but I dont understand how big to make the holes. On other arcade controllers, the buttons have a border, so that they dont sink through the hole, but I dont see that with these 100mm.
who's here after netflix just announced they are removing ohshc :(
TH-cam just recommended this to me and I gotta say that this looks fantastic! This is making me wonder how hard it would be to make a controller with this concept to make it easier to carry around
im using this video to make just that kind of thing
This would be a dream build for me, this is awesome. Great work!
Nice work it’s awesome but instead of making the buttons you could’ve just bought the arcade controller and saved time and effort
how did you connect the button to the brooke board
i wanted to make something similar, however the brook fighting board is the entire budget, would anyone here know a possible alternative? id rather not butcher one of my ps4 controllers but i will if i have to
Thank you for showing out the whole button layout and listing which buttons to use because I want to try and make my own arcade controller
this is cheaper than spending ~$4500 to order one
if i could get a real one for that money in germany... i would buy it. 😬
I didn't come here for the arcade cabinet I came here for thicc doggo
David probably has too many interests to make another video again ;).
this looks super nice! good job! I can't wait to see what you'll make next!
this is a great super well made video!! i hope your channel gets discovered
Nice. If you want a complete arcade replica of the controller, and have the deep pockets, may I recommend this? www.mikuboxarcade.com/en/product?no=1
that is cheaper that the original big controller i have... wow! thx for sharing!
SupaHas do you happen to have one of these? I’m looking into maybe getting this but can’t find any reviews on it
Unfortunately, reviews are scarce, as well as people who buy it. From what I can tell, you can also get the DIVALLER by gamo2, which also aims to replicate the arcade controller as much as possible, by using the same button switches and lights
@@davidhastoomanyinterests6361 Do not buy from that site. Thats ZhouSensor controller 1.0 and is charging twice as much.
Nice work i actually got jealus im gonna get a real one soon so yeah really hope seing more vdeos from you
i love that cabinet a very creative project indeed
thanks so much!
@@davidhastoomanyinterests6361 do you think it would be hard to make just a controller with the big ol buttons
keep up the good work
Thanks dude!
