Loss and grief meditation to soothe sadness
Having a heavy heart because we are experiencing loss or change is not shameful or a weakness. It is rather a part of our inner beauty. Join me as we meditate in three stages to soften , soothe and allow ourselves to lean into the difficulty and feel emboldened, loved and connected xx

Neuro diverse approach to the garden
มุมมอง 14 หลายเดือนก่อน
I am late to the table with recognising my Neuro diversity. I have unconsciously masked and shielded for a long time. Here in the garden I am willing to change - to go more slowly and liberate my creativity with the human lopsided touch 🦚

Thanks , for the cheerful acknowledgment- I am always learning and enjoy sharing plant life
Its amazing how much you know ❤️
I am really enjoying your channel, as a fellow gardener & artist. It’s very calming to see you at work. Also encouraging me to take a deeper look at my own plants. I adore geraniums . Thank you 😊
Hi there, I’m transplanting Bracken ferns into a forest area. Then looking to top the area with wood chip. Would this effect the growth? Location Bristol , Thanks
Hi Hunter, Bracken ferns thrive in woodland shade so they will be happy in their new place . Regarding the wood chip , mix it with leaf matter and soil just to bring the acidity down . Add compost to the hole where the roots will go down to help the roots settle. Many thanks for your question and good luck with the re- wilding 🌲
Reminds me to get with some cuttings of my own, potted plants are now sitting in the garage.
Yes it’s a pleasurable task to bring on new growth, especially as our light levels gradually increase 🌲
I love working with herbs in the garden.
Yes me too . The scent is invigorating. Thanks for your cheerful comment 💥
I discovered this plant today at my local nursery, and so happy I did. I’m planting two today. Thank you for all the wonderful information. Happy growing! ❤
Yay! Love beetroot❤ Didn't realise the you can eat everything so thank you. Your doing great and your plot is beautiful. Love your excitement keep going. Much love from Northants UK xxx
You’ve made quick work of the place. It’s looking great. I’d love a pond. A neighbour gave us a big plastic one piece pond but it’s a bit big for here 😅
You can always start small - a washing up bowl sunk into the ground can create a micro wetland habitat
What a space. It sounds so peaceful.
😮
Hi in your next video please can you put your wellies on your camera ok
Hi I love your wellies
You have a beautiful voice.
Loving these wee updates and can’t wait to see what you’re doing to sow in here. We’re just digging out beds out - what a work! 😅 the soil here is very clay like yours so we’ve started our compost for next year. I covered the beds we started and we’ve got flat worms too. Picked out 4 today.
Hi Sean Thanks for giving me a view ! I am still working on the clay soil, adding compost and leaf mulch. Sorry to hear you have flatworms- they are best moved on as the earth worms need protection 🌲🍀🌲
This is one thing I’m looking forward to this year, collecting my own wild flower seeds. I grew some yellow archangel in a pot. It’s come up looking lovely this year. Just small plants yet but they’ll look great in flower.
Good morning!
So lucky. My plan is to get some apple trees in here this year. Do apple trees take from cuttings?
Chuck one up this way haha. I love rhubarb. I’ve planted it everywhere I’ve lived and never stayed long enough to harvest. All those lucky folks that have come after me 😅
This is awesome! I can’t wait to see how they turn out.
