I won’t mention names, or churches….but there is a church where they frown upon women (men)…looking fashionable, or NOT wearing something on there head, (they have to cover their head)…ALL the women look tacky and very dowdy and drab clothing…..but the MEN is VERY well dressed. Shirts, ties, suits custom made, shoes…I mean ….casket sharp😂😂😂…..men sit on one side, women on the other…and they are not allowed to shout hallelujah, amen, must be silent 🤫."… …to me all of them women look scared. 😮….just saying….to me it’s a form of abuse, and control. (I’m just saying).. I don’t like it when people especially women are suffering……don’t come for me yall……

Hi there, what do you recommend to tone up the legs and butttocks, but not lose your hips in the process? As I've gotten older, I want to look more classy, yet stylish, youthful yet not childish. I love bright colors, but I don't have much of those. I love that dressing modestly doesn't mean you have to dress frumpy and boring with dull colors, and you can have fun with it depending on your style and taste.☺️
