Proper macro consumption for your weight and the positive effect of eating non process foods. He suggested forming a community of people to move with. Whether in your home, out in nature, or at the gym. Start at where you're at. Make it fun.

I am fortunate enough to know both of these fantastic humans. Dr. LaFrance is a wonderful person and extremely well educated health professional and Dean Somerset is also an incredible trainer! Would love to hear them speak more on this platform.

I think they should avoid all press conferences and concentrate on the game. It's all head games & dumbass questions in the MSM. The only reason the Oilers have managed to win and get back into this thing is because they stopped dumping the puck in the corners and got back to playing real hockey & Skinner has come through at crucial moments.
