La Marzocco Linea Micra "INSIDE OUT" E.7 Temperature stability

Why did we choose the La Marzocco linea? La Marzocco has quickly expanded into a new price segment with the linea micra. We consider the price/performance ratio to be very attractive. It fulfills many criteria that are important for a consistently good espresso, such as temperature stability, adjustability of the temperature and a relatively good saturation time. Its size means that it also fits into small flats and with the relatively quick heat-up time for a boiler machine, you can also spontaneously prepare an espresso at home without heating it up all day.
We hope that La Marzocco's competitors, who are still stuck in the 1961 era, can enrich us with new products.

Our journey has started in may 2023.
We develop sophisticated accessories, tools and machines in the background.
With the help of our channel, we would like to share our knowledge and our products with you. We are fascinated by coffee and are looking for solutions to extract the best possible espresso on the way from the roasted bean to the final product.

Super kul ðĨ
Can a temperature display be installed on the Micra for real time reading.
Can you provide information about a TH-cam channel that shows how to descale a La Marzocco Linea Mini/Macro? From my own experience with an ECM Technika, which is a heat exchanger espresso machine, I know that itâs a time-consuming process. I usually set aside two hours from the time I turn on my ECM until the process is fully completed. But with two boilers in an LM and limited space, I assume it must be quite challenging to carry out the descaling process, right?
Now i know i dont want one of these. It's beautiful looking, and im sure it's excellent to use, but there is so much to go wrong and so wicked to fix.
Great what is the next project?
Do you recommend getting it?
Hi. I miss Just one part: under the brew boiler. The brew group details. Thanks a Lot! âĪ
Is the Mini R better constructed or similar than the micra?
The heating of the brew group is very different. While 2 heating cartridges heat the metal of the brew group in the linea mini, the heating coil first heats the water before the metal of the brewing boiler is finally heated. The mass to be heated is significantly larger in the linea mini than in the linea micra. This is one of the reasons for the longer heating phase of the linea mini.
The big question is if this machine makes better coffee than the Lelit Bianca...
Not to be harsh, but this is kind of a non sense question. As great coffee is more defined by the quality of the bean, how it have been roasted and the grind quality, which comes from a higher quality grinder/burr set. At this price point we have surpassed your question 2kâs a go, based on the machine. Both can equally make amazing coffee, they can also make disgusting coffee, all based on whatever the user throws at it. So by all means you could also achieve better coffee with a sub 1k machine, with a high quality grinder and some nice beans. At the price point of mentioned Bianca or the Micra, we are looking at extra features and the build quality of the machine, which is amazingly visualised by these men for the Micra.
The choice of bean, grind size, filling quantity, distribution, vertical tamping, extraction time and brewing ratio is crucial. The Micra offers better temperature stability and precision than the E61 brew head. And that is important for a perfect shot.
@ agree, but I believe that the Dalla Corte Studio is even better.
@@brew.coffee, What parameters are better than micro than mini?
It's great that there are different devices with their advantages and disadvantages, but ultimately it's a personal decision.
What do you think overall quality?
Awesome, thank you so much!
Awesome, thank you so much!
Awesome, thank you so much!
Could you tell me what parts of the machine have hot water or espresso passing through plastic or silicone?
The steam passes through a PTFE tube.
Thanks for the great video. I was wondering if its possible to take of the front-panel for powder-coating without dismanteling the brew-group??.
Yes, this is possible. But you also need to remove the rear cover.
awesome
That was amazing.
Do you know what Vorlage the lower voltage circuit has?
I don't know. I posted a pic in the community section. Maybe that helps.
That was incredible!
Now I know what is inside my coffee machine. I also now know that I should never attempt to take it apart! Too complex! This video shows why La Marzoccoâs are expensive. Great video.
The excitement, Unboxing, taking the wrapping off, Oh no, scratches, a ding , marks And a $4k bankcard payment ð
Made 3 trips to Starbucks while this guy was manufacturing one cup of expresso ð
Ur crazy man! hahaha. extraordinary video. thumbs up!
Good Job! Thanks
Youâre amazing! ðŪI never expected the structure inside the small body of the La Marzocco Micra to be so complex! I wouldnât dare to take it apart; Iâd never be able to put it back togetherâĶ Thanks for sharing!
Why tho?
I'd love a video on your milk frothing technique using the Micra wand shape. You clearly know what the hell you're doing and I aspire to make a latte art like yours with my Micra!
So everything is basically bolted to a huge chunk of plastic? Even the brew boiler is held by plastic?? Thatâs shocking
Yep, the inner support structure is made of plastic.
@@brew.coffeewhy
I guess less weight, lower costs, less heat capacity
Really hard to have faith in this machine when they only provide a one year warranty in North America
@@andromedach donât worry it will stand 10 years
'Your first heat-up will not be your last! ' Love mine, almost one year!!
18 months here, and apart from slightly crappy customer service on the back of a broken plastic pipe. Its been good. mine had the clear plastic hose that goes into the water tank, break where the hose meets the plastic tube that goes into the tank. LM UK were hopeless and didn't respond, ended up just spending ÂĢ3 out my own pocket to get a new one. Its one of the few areas of poor design IMHO. Getting the water tank all the way out, puts far too much stress on that little hose, there had to be a better way surely!
Great âĪ
Congrats!
