Those aren’t roses they’re vines

You just can’t grow Clematis in Texas hard clay soil and burning sun. Roses are fine.

I don't know what type of morning glory that is, but here in the U.S. morning glory will choke every plant or even tree to death. I've been fighting it for two years now. There are so many better climbers, I would never intentionally plant morning glory or wisteria, no matter how beautiful.
