I separately paid and booked flight tickets to and fro chennai - delhi. Trusting this lady, we started trip on June 16 2022 but had to return back after 5 days of trip as this lady behaved very rude and arrogant. She did not give any money back. She did not provide helicopter service for kedarnath as promised. Due to her negligence, she did not track the helicopter availability online properly/regularly and in middle of trip informed us that all tickets got sold out and we can go only in pony/doli. She booked nasty cheap hotels with smelly and dirty rooms, no hot water in geyser, arranged for cheap dinner (worth 70rs) after 10.30pm at night, skipped arranging breakfast 2 times in the five days stay, did not provide guide for any of the van (totally there were 3 vans with each van having 10 to 11 tourist).
