How to complete our Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Housing costs are driven by desire, not by demand. If there is no desire for a particular property, there will be no demand for that property and it's value will reflect this. The affordability of housing is a factor of what an individual can afford to pay for housing. Not how much housing costs. It is the responsibility of all individuals to make the most of their time, their energy and their tallent. Society is not responsible for people's poor choices.

Thanks for all the content. Greatly appreciated
This reference to "affordable housing" means what? Are you proposing more subsidies for private landlords and community housing providers?
Affordable = what you can afford. I'm not a fan of subsidies for anything. To do so will only serve to incentivise future increases.
Yes community housing providers and private landlords would benefit from increasing rental assistance. Public housing tenant do not get this support! The Federal Govt should fund public housing not private landlord and CHP.
