100% this is a psychological issue! I can't say the number of times I've been afraid to charge more than a certain amount, then I hear about a competitor charging 2-3x what I'm charging, and getting it!

Hi Gino, great stuff here. The only thing I respectfully disagree with is you said Entrepreneurs are "born" with it. I'm a firm believer these traits can be learned and nurtured over time as we grow as individuals.

I agree. Too many companies are not charging enough. The confidence is key. The CEO has to believe in the value. There is more to it of course, market research needs to be done. Being the "low price leader" is not the best strategy for most.

Very true. These 6 things are something we see in entrepreneurs all the time. When people buy a business but they lack these 6 things they never truly become an entrepreneur. Sometimes they are still an employee in their mind and they bought themselves a job. They may not be a problem solver and they often lack passion. They not be driven either. Great video.
