@Chibai-hp4ri of corse, a language that is not understood by all, can not be used for conveying information. We are neither English speakers but we are communicating in English because it's a global language. If Khasi is a global language, you and i u would speak in Khasi. In the case of Hindi, it's understood by 600 million people in india
