If anyone's still wondering and is still curious about what's the best rod. Cephalo is the best rod in the game in "GENERAL" , KTTC is the best rod in the game for "INDEXING". If you're a beginner trying to complete indexes, buy heart of the forest rod or HOTF, It's only 70 shards and It's pretty much a rod you need to have if you want to get KTTC or CSR.
