The Bob graham round often gets described as the best days mountain running in the Lake District, I often have thought that this is a very big statement considering the amount of possibilities there are here.
However, now that i'm up and had time to absorb just how amazing yesterday was I could not agree more. Personally I felt great throughout the whole round and that was no doubt down to the amazing support team who keeping me fueled, navigating and laughing the whole way round.
In my head I always wanted about 23 hours so to walk away with 21.26 would have just seemed impossible when I started as well as walking away ( just about ) having beaten the current reverse winter record.
