You should be preparing for the Rapture, not the second coming. The Rapture comes first, Jesus will come like a thief in the night. I have been offended by another member, but I chose to not be offended. I heard a talk years ago to choose to act or react . I chose not to react & use the power of prayer to be strengthened. I wont alliow another persons words to prevent me from receiving the blessings Heavenly has for me by being fairhful & obedient in the gospel.

If someone else's offensive behavior "makes" us be offended... then we are robots and have given away our agency. The only way to keep our agency is to choose our own response and for that choice to be Christ's pathway.

It is a wonderful thing to make your home Holy, but we no longer need temples made by hands. Acts 17:24 The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in Temples made with hands. We can access God from anywhere, we do not need expensive temples, give the money to the poor.

I've had moments at church where I've had to choose to be offended or not. Choosing not to be is a better way, but can be hard to do. Prayer helps to accomplish it. God is always there to help us do those things that are right.
