"Ho Ho Ho, Let him go!" The crowd came out of nowhere into the One Colorado shopping alley in Old Town Pasadena, CA. They were demanding the freedom of Santa Claus, who it seems was being forced to sit on his sleigh and pose for pictures.
very good very very good jajaja
Too closely
🤣🤣🤣🤣
The glasses are totally inappropriate for this kind of whisky!
i take my laga with round ones, or not at all
This is not a spoof, rather your supposed to ridicule or make fun of that
Enjoying a glass of the excellent nectar of the gods right now. So peaty, smokey Valhalla and I'm growing a beard and chest hairs as I speak! (Seriously though Lagavulin is amazing, savour every last drop!)
I remember how it felt to drink my first smokey whiskey, lagavulin, the first time. Once i tried it i couldnt stop to drink it, had to call in sick for work the next day.
You have kind of good editing skills
If it didn't smell like a pile of band aids, it's be great.
I love how Lagavulin completely destroyed Ben, yet the naive health nut Chris loves it. hidden depths!
Well he said he didn't poison his body with "dark" alcohols. Doesn't mean he didn't drink other types of alcohol. Vodka isn't dark, for instance. :P
I drank lagavulin once. Ben’s reaction was a spot on. Burnt oak in a liquid form
I dislike you ,you make a horrible video of an island of the coast of my town
Not an alcohol fan anymore but love this routine of placing those crystal glasses, pouring the whiskey, taking a swig and talking random stuff.
Lmao looked fun
If Lagavulin is a nectar of the Gods than we must be Satanists ;-] j/k love the stuff.
***** your comment makes no sense care to elaborate or make sense?
ron says 'gods'
***** Have I already told you that you don't make any sense? This comes from greek/roman mythology who believed in gods that were very much human with all of that human needs and weaknesses while possessing godly powers of their domain. Thus he said 'nectar of the Gods' this is how ambrosia was described another item from Greek mythology which was favourite drink of the gods of magical properties unavailable to mortals. I also find you a blabbering illiterate idiot now.
***** nah you really don't in literature like bible you have god walking the earth amongst humans for 30 years. I'd say more religions dress god in human form than not. you poor blabbering sod.
***** I think that atheism is drawn right out of rationalism. I'd say one can hardly exists without other.
Ardbeg 10 for $ 50 is a good substitute.
purumr for what ? 16 yo Lagavulin is very very much different, there's no substitiute it's a classic right next to ardbeg 10 they are very charcteristic malts.
I agree with Cypec, both Lagavulin and Ardbeg have their own merits, I adore both of them for whatever their own individual magic it is they have inside of them. What do you two think of Laphroaig, ever tried it? Or Talisker, another one of my favourites.
Cypeq, sorry.
Lagavulin, Ardbeg and Laphroiag are my Bermuda triangle I can't get out... so good. I'm just finishing Ardbeg 10 and I have a quarter cask to go through. And my friend quarter cask is something I would never expect from 6 year old malt. It's young fresh tasting but also sporting some notes and hints that only appear in 15 year old and older malts, it's complex smooth and well pronounced smoke . I have not yet tried Talisker 10 YO it's pretty cheep in my local store. I may pick it up but the cheap cheat Jack Daniels colour scares me a way why do the sell it with fantastic 46% ABV and then dope a bottle of caramel inside I have no idea. I am strongly thinking of Laphroiag 18 yo though... decisions decisions decisions.
Cypeq I've tried Laphroiag 10 year and really wasn't a fan, but I want to try Lagavulin. I know that they are both their own individual thing, but is Lagavulin similar enough to Laphroiag that I wouldn't like it?
I don't usually watch parks and recreation, but this video clip is EXCELLENT.
mike wang i don't usually poison my mind with scripted comedy.....
Granted, I am more of a Tallisker person but I wouldn't turn down Lagavulin.
+DarrylCross What in Tallisker is good? I am very much starting to appreciate whiskey, and I did not like their NAS storm.
I have a feeling the best drink night ever would be getting wasted with Ron Swanson and Dr. House.
What about Ron Swanson and God? (morgan freeman) :P
I couldn't even drink 1, I'm no Ron, but I wouldn't spit it out like ben.
You mean stopping at one glass? That is pretty rough!
"Nectar of the Gods"
chungfumaster *gods, you capitalize the g only for God!
I had Lagavulin for the first time last week. My brain immediately whisked itself away to a wooden cabin deep in the forests of Oregon, where I was whittling a new redcedar beard comb for myself, whilst waiting for my cheeses that were smoking over a moderately smoldering woodchip fire. Nearby, a lake, still as night.
funkadunkalunk that was beautiful, man. 😢😁😊
You should try a balvenie double wood
Sounds like an average afternoon for us Oregonians
and then he woke up in a bush near his house
Pssst..... in real life he is,nick offerman talks about smokin on some late night talk show interview
No, 12 year old is like going after next door suzy before she has reached the age of consent.
Well done. The best thing you can do in Canada is aspire to the Greatness of Ron Swanson.
mine was $84 american
I prepared myself for Lagavulin. I've been drinking nothing but peatty blended scotch, cask strength Wild Turkey, rye, and Laphroaig 10 yo. It delivers. Laphroaig 10 is pretty fantastic though, just intense flavors. Maybe the 12 yo cask strength Lagavulin will be similar?
Hunter McDougal in my own opinion, Laga 16 is much milder than Laph 10; not as peaty, with a more pleasant, salty sweet taste. I love both but I'd have considered Laga a climb down in intensity from Laph. Even the 12 year.
That is an incredible whiskey
How do people post video of tv shows? Without simply videoing the TV, of course.
ooh, thats a lot! glad i live in England
I just bought my first bottle... it was $114 canadian.
Ahhhhh lagavulin because clear liqueurs are for rich women on diets! Drinking some Islay right now
How did you get clearance to fly that low near the beach? Not hating, very good video, just curious :P.
Here in the USA - you can purchase alcohol online, and 1 particular site that'll give you instant pricing from numerous retailers is "wine searcher" . com Lagavulin 16 yr can be found for under $60; just gotta buy a few (like 3, or more) to help offset the cost of shipping.
They make it look so easy.
Ahh, Canadian. I'm so sorry. Maybe one day, my friend, while visiting the US.
I was going to post a link to the one place you can legally by liquor in Ontario, the LCBO but youtube doesn't allow links. the 16 year 750ml is $110 Canadian dollars... And even though our money is usually bird cage lining compared to the U.S dollar, that's still over $100 USD right now.
Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Where do you live that Lagavulin 16 is $100? Should be around $65, 70.
that shit is EXPENSIVE! I hope to one day be able to afford +$100 scotch.
Buy the 8yo one, my favorite for an all-round, and one of lagavulin's cheapest.
only 70 days until im there!
Just got back from here a few weeks ago. AMAZING place!
lol.
I'm in happy tears! That is precious! That's how love should be. Starting out friends is great. That's how mu boyfriend & I got together. I wish the both of them many happy years together!! :) -3
great job! I loved your story :)
Amazing! I have tears in my eyes. Well done!
It's a Guinness Ad. Last I checked, you can find it on Guinness' website or you can get it on the Directors Label DVD of Jonathan Glazer's work.
