Here is one man, amongst many, who is trying despite the odds. Pieces of Us is about the power we have as collectives. About the little pieces we can all offer to fix the greater puzzles that face us. It is about humanity collaborating to create solutions to the problems we have created for ourselves and the earth.
Against the backdrop of COP26, Flipflopi has partnered with UNEP and Routes Adventure to launch a hopeful film based in the tourist destination of Lamu, Kenya.
‘Pieces of Us’ reminds us of the positive and negative impacts of tourism, and what can be achieved by human ingenuity in the fight against plastic pollution. The film is offering a new vision for the future of tourism as we head towards a cleaner, more resilient planet.
The film calls for us to rethink our habits. No longer can we continue spreading the plastic ‘pieces of us’. Rather it’s time for us to come together to restore the health of our planet.

Problem of such videos is that you can put here any car and it will not change nothing. It does not answer why Defender is unique and why only it could bring these emotions. The best how LR can promote and justify identity of new Defender is to put it in direct clash with Mercedes G-class, Rubicon, Bronco, and Toyota Land Cruiser. If LR will not do so, people will do it by themselve ;-)
Thank you for watching and taking your time to write that out. Although if you've owned a Defender you'll know it's not about the technical comparisons never will be about that. It's a family, it's a lifestyle, it's a feeling of freedom like none other that you can't compare.
@@routesadventure6258 I'm already LR owner, we have FR2 and LRDS in family, so I know a bit about LR "spirit" and marketing strategy :-). Moreover, I'm one who is really use these cars for their purpose - travels on and off road (if you want I can share pictures and videos). I'm just putting your attention, that marketing which is working for D5 will not work for Defender - because Defender became a legend not due to some romantic emotions, but due to it capability&realability&chip_price (lets call it further CRCP). This CRCP created romantic image, not contrverse. And now LR presenting New Defender which has nothing common with the old one and trying to sell it through the romantic image of the old one. But people can not just take image from the old one and use it for the new one - differences in all apects are too big. Associations chain is broken. And to reassemble it again - needed something more then romantic videos. Defender need a fights and challanges where it will defend his great legacy. Otherwise it would be just another version of D5.

There have been several videos where the new Defender was put up against the Mercedes G class and a the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon,the model they used was at par with the G class and better than the jeep Wrangler Rubicon in off-road performance despite lucking rear and center locking differentials as an option.
