UKCCF Webinar: How AI Drives Down Costs, Boosts Productivity, and Supports Agents
In today’s digital contact centre, notetaking is critical. Accurate and effective interaction notes are crucial for driving a positive experience throughout the entire customer journey. Traditional methods of notetaking, however, often consume significant time and resources, leading to unnecessary costs, and can be woefully inaccurate. The reality is, many of us were not taught how to master the art of notetaking.
