Almost 2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with MDD & PTSD. So …🤷🏾‍♀️I mean I’m here. And that seems to be good enough for everyone. 🙂

Very very grateful my hair is growing. There are still some spots (more so in the back) but thank goodness I can cover them up. When I had hair, I shaved it ALL THE TIME. I looked and felt my best with no hair-but like my Great Aunt and Grandmother used to say: You don’t miss your water until your well runs dry! I definitely appreciate it more now 💜

Laughter truly is the best medicine and it’s like belly laughs decrease with age too, and that does not have to be💜Anyway like I said, I’m just speaking from my own personal experience. When I was in high school there was a guy named John Rodriguez, he was beautiful and real cool. But we were not close. But one day on the bus, he made me sit with him and d*mn near FORCED me to listen to this song. He also was like…completely in love with Mazzy Star! I just have to say that I was at my wits end. I couldn’t live how I was living and my kids were not seeing the best version of myself at all. I simply and literally don’t have time to neglect my mental health anymore and had to try something new. Oh and I did NOT DRAW the w33d stripp3r. That was done by an R rated artist i follow on instagram. I had no idea how inappropriate she was but she followed me and I feel bad unfollowing her. Plus some of her work is hilarious 🤭. Anyway, thank you for watching and I hope I inspired someone to make a positive decision for their mental health 💚

Now there is hope for my future, cause um…it got dark for a while. And after several terrible doctors over a couple of decades I gave up on meds…but living in this desolate, culture deprived food desert that we’ve resided in for 5 years, I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE! I LITERALLY WOULD NOT SURVIVE HERE WITHOUT MEDICATION SO 🤷🏾‍♀️💊Here goes!
