The Good Man's Radio Show
United Kingdom
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 25 พ.ย. 2010
Ever since I could remember there was music in my life or rattling around in my head. As I was born in 1966 I was too young to really appreciate the great musical styles of the times, but I was brought up on the 70’s music of 10cc, Bowie, Roxy Music etc so all was not lost. I have been passionate about Early Garage/Psych since my teenage years but I discovered very quickly that the more I was to delve into the past musically the more pathways and other avenues of musical styles opened up to me leading into a fascinating world of Blues, R ’n’ B, Rock, Soul, Ska, Folk, Pop Etc.
After many happy years of collecting vast quantities of music from the era 1960 to about 1978, I started to wonder if there was anyone else out there in the big wide World who shared the same passion as I did. Well I decided I then only had one choice, to put on the sort of radio show that I would love to tune into myself and hopefully so would others.
And here we are with The Good Man’s Radio Show.

utterly brilliant
Back when there was black and white were happy. Before the aggressive stirring people. Narrow minded khunts . Happy days.
Soul, r&b, with a negro spiritual cry.... & A bluish rock spirit.... Truly a masterpiece....
OMG This white boy had soul! Miss him!
Steve, what an awesome musician and front man .❤❤❤❤
When u see this you’d be amazed how the Beatles were so successful , this was a different league, Steve Marriott would blow away Lennon and mcartney in his bloody sleep for sure, 😂😂😂👏👏👏👏👏
Fantastic blues/funk voice.
The stories goes as they wanted Peter Frampton to be the front man but the suggestion was made for Peter to sit in front of the stage while Steve singing played d became the lead it was so awesome I could never get enough of that man's voice and he could jump on that guitar he might not have been a virtual like Peter but Steve was awesome when I want to leave the cares of the days troubles and I crank it up and listen to some humble pie it makes the day much better at least it takes to worries of the world off your mind for a little while I guess that this means I'm getting old because I think they were one of the greatest bands of their time and my generation as a kid Thank you Mama for turning me on to humble pie and Steve Marriott
George Biondo also sung and played bass when he was in the group Steppenwolf.
I still find myself having that Black coffee tune poppin in my head!!! 😂

Charisma personified
This amazing theme is from the album "You "played by the band Gong. I heard this one by first time during the 80's when I was at the College. RIP Daevid Allen.
Wow. Great group .
I read somewhere that Peter Frsmpton was in this group ?

Memory in 1973 during my high school.
I wish that Steve Marriott, and Terry Reid had recorded together!
