Sharing the cooking traditions and foods from my family as well as other tips and tastes I've picked up along the way! I'm in my late 30s (2023) and have always enjoyed cooking. I come from a big family from Mississippi and Alabama, so most of my recipes are going to reflect some of those down home delicacies. The title says Down home dinner, but we'll do sides, desserts, apps, etc. - Starting out, I'm just recording as I cook for myself and family and friends! I'm planning to have some real easy/quick recipe demos, as well as more time-consuming/multi-step recipes - something for all skill levels (except maybe the already culinary expert - I may have some guests that could target this group, too, though!) and ambitions. Here's to good company and good eating! And - remember to enjoy the process (food preparation) along with the product (meal). The product is so much better when the process is enjoyable!
