Very nice🤗
Both of my kids ( now 38 and 40) were born here, delivered by the infamous Dr. Walker.
I lived in Blue Hill for 17 years - Loved it!
Love it.
Another beautiful video. Thank you.
Are you a time traveler?
Looks like he is a time traveler. 2025. Looks good
this is beautiful
I was there over the holiday weekend and it was a quaint little town. We stayed at Wallace Cover and kayaked the ocean, it was beautiful.
Awesome! My favorite place!

Nice job, thanks!
Thank you for your videos. I moved from NE to the desert South West and really miss NE. Your videos make me smile.
Beautiful!
There's truly something special about the US. I'm from Sweden and recently traveled your beautiful country, from New York to the west coast. Can't wait to discover more parts of the country in the future, aiming for New England next. Great video
I had a great time living there.i had friends cross the street plus they have my toys over there i what to say thank you very much and I'm missing you too ❤❤😢
I’ll be glad when it opens so I can bypass Rt 1A during summer tourist jams to Bar Harbor to get home. I don’t think this will relieve Rt 1A traffic because those people are heading to coastal downeast Maine and it’s still the most direct route.
Pure heaven my friend. TY
It'll save a wee bit of time, but it could put more trucks on the Airline. In the end, good for the economy of Downeast.
I was born there 60 years ago

Im sorry only 1 church was shown. Pleasant St. Christian is probably the oldest church bldg in town .
Beautiful. Thank you my friend. I love you
Beautiful!!
A beautiful video! Nice job! I shared it to friends who have yet to experience how special Deer Island and Stonington, ME are!
Only missed 5 of my 74 years going to ‘Beemie for the summer. I can recall when there were 4 stores on the Main Street including Perry’s market.
Never drove on ME9 before, drove all the way from Calais to Eddington early June. US1 was way flatter
When is the anticipated completion date?
Very nicely done.. I have been passing through Brownville Junction yearly since 1959 when I was 6 yrs old on our way upta camp... always "remembering when".. looking forward to adding on another year in September
Beautifully done Maurice! Brought tears to my eyes as I spent several summers there in the early 1960's as a city kid at Camp Friendship. I was transformed by the rugged beauty and coastal life and those two summers were magical. It is different now, as back then it was not nearly as developed as it is now...still beautiful though...makes me want to go back in time as if I could.
Beautiful!
nice to see the progress , but man it slow in coming,
I haven't been to Friendship in 22 years. I miss the views of Ram and Sand Islands and the shimmering water of Muscongus Bay.
They still have a lot to complete yet, and this may eliminate some of the truck traffic on rte 9 and 46, but would rather see something crossing the river towards the hosptals into Bangor. This will be good for those going to cancer Care from Downeast, or just heading out to the interstate, bypassing traffic.
I'm thrilled that in the future construction companies will have more work. I noticed that every bridge or overpass will require widening much like those on I-95. Way to go highway planners. On a more positive note I'm glad this project is finally being done. Should have been done 30 years ago but maybe I'll live long enough to be able to use this. I'm sure the residents on Rt. 46 will be very pleased to not have all those trucks on their road.
forgot about no ramps connection all the over passes , as suburbs grow in these areas the traffic patterns will change, thus requiring ramps too be added , have the same issue in NB Canada , they built bypasses with no ramps for cross roads just over passes , now they have to rip it half apart again too add in the ramps at double triple the cost of adding them from the start , two steps forward one step back ,
Cool video. Glad to see it coming along. It will connect Washington County to the rest of the world.
And it will breathe more life into Washington County economically. It will make Eastport as a port more competitive now that it will have a highway to move goods from :) 🛻 💵 💴 💰 🚢
I can't wait until it opens.
Wow! Quite the project!
The great fence and spider decor all made in Portsmouth, NH....lucia
