That Max-D looks amazing! Great work! 👍 With that red body and yellow wheels, it reminds me of the old Taurus, which is fitting since the first Maximum Destruction was on a Willman chassis. Taurus was also the first monster truck I ever saw in person, so it's cool to see that paint scheme on a modern Max-D!

I'm glad you were able to find some of the Series 14 Minis in Canada! My favorite ones in that Mix are that green Avenger, the Sparkle Smash with the hot pink chassis, and of course that Max-D! I'm also glad you could find that 1:24 yellow El Toro Loco! I picked up that yellow El Toro a while back too, and I really like the yellow tires on it! Thanks for the shoutout as well! I'm really excited to see how your custom Max-D is gonna look!

@purphuard782 When you put the putty to fill the wheel slots around 1:33, did you only put the putty where the 3 tabs holding the wheels down or did you cover that whole area with putty?
Only where the tabs are, and i make it flush to get smooth finish on top🙂There multiple way to do it😉

4:30 if you open the box but instead cut the sides and the bottom and leave a top hinge you can place them back inside and still be able to hang them up you wouldn’t even know it’s been opened unless you took it of the wall. That’s what I do

Nice! I think some of the theaters around me are showing that classic movie, which I still haven't seen yet though, lol. The last Walmart I was at had a huge dump bin of Series 33 trucks, but no Grease Trap that I could see...or smell 😂.

*@purphuard782* It's ironic, because a couple of months ago, I saw a bunch of "The Slicer" Chase Pieces in a dump bin, but I didn't get any 🤦♀️. I hadn't really gotten into the collecting like I have now, so at the time, I didn't realize that it was a rare one 🤷♀️. Of course, now when I go looking for a Chase Piece, I can't find any 😂.

It's so strange seeing a white body Grave Digger like that. It looks like it either came straight out of a black & white movie 🎬...or it's a blank slate, like a coloring book 😂.
Definitely the perfect song for that truck, lol 😂. I especially love the "sushinspired" 🍣 tires with the white walls!

Lookin' good! It's definitely better looking with the swapped wheels & silver chassis! 👍 I also like that technique of removing the wheels! I plan on doing some parts swapping on some of my trucks to color match some themes better, so I'll definitely have to give your way a try, although I'll probably still find a way to screw it up 😅!

It's flat black spray paint (Tremclad ) You can find it at your local hardware store or at Walmart 😉
