AAAA I am so happy to finally be able to show this to you guys !! This was quite a long hunt, but thankfully I got it just a couple hundreds over half odds, and with no Salamence phase at all !
But it's only the beginning, expect a few more hunts in this game eventually... :)

Not the fastest hunt ever, but GOD this felt so quick paced ! I did like 1.5k SRs in just one day at my fastest which is insane to me !! That's on a single system !! It is such a pretty colour. And we're back again ! Both of those are full 1/8192, and a part of 13 Mystery Gift events in Black and White that are just... not shiny locked ! For some reason ! But hey, I'm not gonna complain, because those have been a blast. Super quick hunts for me so far ! 2435 checked for Milotic, and only 613 for Piplup ! I got the former in January and the latter just yesterday in February, so I'm alm...

And there's one huuuuge project of mine done ! I haven't looked too deeply, buuut... I think this may possibly be the first it's been done !! Which makes sense haha, lots of people dislike gen 1 hunting since the sprite itself doesn't change. But there's just something so special and satisfying to me about seeing the stats line up and anxiously levelling the mon up to see if they still do ! Ugh...

Yeah for sure ! I do love Jigglypuff's shiny, and I was gonna evolve my 1st one anyway so this isn't the worst dupe to get. But yeah I get you I'm gonna put this hunt on the back burner for a bit too lol. Best of luck in your hunting !

It does not actually ! It was discovered a while back that one of the events for the Old Sea Map could distribute to any language cartridge. So this Mew is perfectly legal. :)

Haha, I get you ! Mew's catchrate actually changes to whatever Pokémon it transforms into's so its not that bad to catch. Which I couuuld have picked an easier one than Furret, but I really liked getting to see that backsprite lol

Gen 1 shiny as you claim is the original color pallets and if you used the time machine and got a shiny that's 1 and 5k chance. That said I'll teach you a fun trick and that'd on the gb screen hold a or b and click up down left or right to change the color scheme and then some pokemon on each pallets will look like it's modern shiny forms😊 Take this info from a gen 1er and someone who has been playing pokemon for 25years I can teach you every trick from Gen 1 to 3 to clone spawn pokemon and always get a shiny
It is, in fact, 1/8192 odds ! I wont get into the thick of it, but its to do with the Pokémon's DVs determining if its shiny (or "becomes" shiny when put in gen 2 and up). If you look at the video, I show the shinies in gen 1, 2 and 7 :) I appreciate the desire to help, but I prefer actual shiny hunting ! Cloning or genning just wouldnt hit the same for me. Cheers !
