Unfortunately over the years the main Mercado became a tourists' trap which you go for having a look where unfortunately prices are tagged at a tourist rate too. Prefer other city Mercados where true locals got the best at a regular price.
Yes the prices were high, but for the European guy who spend so many years in North America this vibe of bustling market was really precious to me, so I am very thankful 😀 Which markets are your favourite in Barcelona, or which ones are must visit in Spain?
@@FrameandFlavour la libertat market. Extremely local. Otherwise for tapas, gotico district is fantastic and stay away from the ramblas (for many reasons😁)

Haven’t been to Yorville in ages..I like the Financial District/Quuen West/Spadina/ Kensington Market areas for street pics
I enjoyed yorkville a lot when I was working there, not anymore though so I missed it and decided to just go there 😂Kensington is amazing 😀 financial district is cool as well, soon I’ll be there as well😀

One suggestion - for future videos please use the correct spelling when identifying the f-stop in use - it is “aperture” not “aputure.” No reason to lessen the professionalism of your excellent work with a spelling error on a key photographic parameter. My comment is made with good intention so I hope you will take it as such and without offense.

Great video, good seafood rice made in paella (pan), but that is not a "PAELLA" or "VALENCIAN PAELLA" recipe the famous dish. The paella is made with chicken (and or duck) and rabbit. And it is from Valencia, where there is a small island called "El Palmar" with the most density in restaurants per inhabitants in the world, if you ever go there, you will have to taste also "Tomaquet del Perello" - only in summer - and all i pebre before ales will disappear.

I was in Barcelona in May and the fountain was closed due to draught 😔 Other than that, food was amazing indeed!
