Thank you, i followed your advice and the heater seems to be working. I wonder how long it'll work for though, but great to get it working anyhow. Just need to try and get the back massage working now!
How do you disconnect the plug? I spent 1 hour trying to get this effin PSA plug to come out and had to give up.
If you stop video at 28 or 29 seconds you will see the connector. The release clip is in the middle. Press this and pull. It's tricky but that's how I did it.

if your batteries are both flat, which battery do you apply the the leads to recharge both batteries?
Mine did the same thing. 2019 Impreza. Dealership ended up having to replace the entire CVT diff assy. Thanks for posting!
Thanks for a good tip! Got the seat heater working in 10 minutes, I didn't even clean the pin, just put some LiquiMoly Batterie-pol-fett and twisted it slightly.

I used electical switch or contact cleaner spray. Spray it in, let it dry for about 5-10 minutes and reassemble it

I looked everywhere it is mentioned for a 2013 Range Rover Sport and up on the auxiliary battery but when I called the dealer at the parts department and asked for the battery they said there's nothing listed for that vehicle🤨 somebody, anybody? #Nostart
I definitely do not have the 2nd battery in mine. Not sure why that is, but after watching this video, removing the proper cover and not seeing the battery or connectors under there, I am sure of it.

@@OnTopMusicVideos1 Mine is a 2016. While there is no battery, I do see a metal canister with a pair of large gauge (maybe #8) wires plugged into it. I thought maybe a capacitor, but there’s no charge left in it after I unplug the connector. If this thing is a capacitor that would make sense as a starter assist, but t’s either gone bad or it discharges itself when the ignition is shut off.

This works and saved the £500 Peugeot asked to re wire the seat. Just make sure to use the electrical contact spray.
