We heard Chelsea play AND sing this and three of the "piano" mazurkas last night at our concert featuring winners of the Young Concert Artists International Vocal Competition. Such talent! It was remarkable, as were the other performers, mezzo Erin Wagner, bass-baritone Joseph Parrish, and pianist Ye Ik Kwan.

I actually heard you sing & play that one at the JCA where you accompanied yourself w/ this Liszt arrangement (it does have the Original Lyrics added which is amazing). Liszt pushed the Piano to a new level. This is alot like what Paganini did on the Violin, where he took the Violin to a new level.

I was just listening to her perform K.457 then found this. Her style is very clear and clean. As an aside, she doesn't over emote as if she were enraptured by the music like so many pianists do.

Of all Mozart's piano sonatas--and I like them all--this is my favorites. This was beautifully played from beginning to end. Not over played at all, good balance between hands, clean lines, perfect pedalling--everything just A-OK. If she isn't, she should be better known.

Chelsea has amazing ability both voice and piano - Winner hands down.
