Hey Flo 👋 last time we drove by a few months ago it had actually been gated off, but I'm sure it's not doing any good. People who have the need to destroy always find a way in 🙄 but yes, some of the graffiti look good in the right place, of course. I'm sure this was a nice place to stop and rest for the night at one point as it sits about 100 miles from Las Vegas and about 170 miles from Los Angeles. Their isn't much other than it had opened in the 60s as el rancho motel and changed the name to the royal Hawaiian in the 70s and closed in 2009. That's really all I could find anyway.

Lol yes I have ran into people once or twice and no disinfectant other than hand sanitizer but I do have shoes that I change before I get back in the car. I would want to bring asbestos or anything back with us.

Slover mountain cemetery I'm have never been to actually I believe it may be on private property now, part of the old cement plant that is or was there.

It's a pretty cool little stop on the way to the Grand Canyon. Wouldn't recommend going out if you're going to see it, though.

Oh yeah it was freezing, plue I had just left the red butte airfield which it was raining there to so I arrived in bedrock already soaked and it was 39 degrees and windy on top of the rain 🥶

@909Adventures I mean, people liked it enough to spawn an eleven season TV show. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Donald Sutherland is Hawkeye. Radar is in it, he's the only actor to carry over from the film. They filmed the movie at the same location as the TV show.
