4:27 massive misplay, you have to pay 1 memory for each Marcus at the Start of your Main phase to push them up. By Digivolving into the Shine you missed that window. Also the memory was never payed for the 2 Marcus. If you had sequenced it like this, Your Turn, Draw for Turn, then Pay the 2 Memory (1 for Each Marcus) You could then swing with one of them, use his effect to Digivolve into Shine for free, you would get the draw for digivolving then do the Minus 6k. That Marcus would swing for 2 Checks at 6k, and the security would be -6k He would die because of the Mastemon. You recover him using Rize Inheritable. Then you could swing with the second Marcus, using its effect to go into Burst mode for free, Playing out your BT 4 Marcus. The Swinging Marcus would only do 1 check because as soon as BT12 Shine is digivolved over, its Marcus gains Sec +1 is gone. so that would be 1 check. Then you swing with BT 4 Marcus trashing last security with Shines effect and he swings for game. All of this while still being at 2 memory.

You can't have a sideboard in Digimon mate, don't know where you heard that but there is no sideboarding and there will be no sideboarding at the Liverpool regionals.

Idk how you’re forgetting about the free digivolution lol it’s the entire engine of the deck, it’s the whole reason to build shine. And going aggro without being set up also isn’t necessarily the correct play, you need to be set up with Marcus to facilitate your aggro plays other wise your champions and ultimates will just die to security or get swung over and then you have to rebuild before you can activate Marcus
