Paul es leyenda viviente, tremendos álbumes que se sacó con Maiden, con su voz aportaba mas agresividad a la banda. Sin esos discos tal vez no existiria maiden como lo conocemos hoy en dia. La banda mas legendaria del planeta. 🤘🏻

Once went over West Ham with Paul Dianno and Clive Burr's drum tech, Steve (Loopy) Newhouse. That was a long time ago. I was about 20. 1975. Paul was a lot slimmer and no wheelchair and no tattoos. Great day's ❤😂🎉

Paul, i hope this reaches you, the best performance you gave was at the WILTON IN SALISBURY, there was a doctor at the show who realised you have a hearing problem, the Doctor was also a sound engineer, the "PRESCRIPTION" he wrote for the desk was this. cut everything above 140hz completely from the monitor on the side you are deaf on, cut the 140 hertz as a framework, starting with a 30 - 70 hertz 15 db boosted monitor into a single speaker capable of holding without distorting. Frequencies 71-140hertz at 8percent above production volume into seperate main monitor ON YOUR DEAF SIDE., this speaker needs to be next to the boosted 30-70 htz cabinet, 141 - 400 hertz at 5 percent boost, a seperate speaker on your good side giving main monitor study output of total sound as it can be heard correctly. you have one of the most powerful voices i ever heard, do not give up. Whoever the guy on desk was sound engineering, has a COMPLETE write up of what it took to get it right. (daryl masterton?). The Hairs in your ear are damaged, you hear on your deaf side from air pressure changes and they need to be definite. Lee The Doctor from the Wilton Pub Gig.
amen, and i'll bet he was still amazing! Those first 2 maiden albums were .... ridiculously good and seriously ROCKED! I love bruce and all of the operatic masterpieces they did, but Paul was ... kinda like how i felt about Bon Scott.. 2 of the best and just the hardest rockers at the time!

He felt abandoned after being kicked out of the maiden, he often stated that everything he made backfired or was just boycotted. He tried and he tried for a long time, eventually he was defeated by his drug and alcohol abuse. I don't feel sorry for him, but I have some compassion for the troubled man with a voice I enjoy hearing. Plus, I am also happy he overcame that scary condition that was menacing his life. Paul may not be a perfect human being, but he deserves better, both from life and from us. And I admire him for, after all his troubles, distant and recent, standing up in the stage (even in wheelchair) and sing the songs, whise copyrights he recently acquired back. Respect. 💪
His drug problem and general belligerent attitude was why Maiden dumped him as i understand it. They were just fed up. If he felt abandoned, he's not looking at the true problems, which were caused by himself. But I do hope he has some peace in his life.

Sad he's in a wheelchair but everybody here fantasize about playing in huge crowds at least once here Maiden fans that we are. Congrats Paul.
