You can't have aircraft landing on a cork runway, it's far too soft.

Cork airport is not an international airport, it is only a feeder airport for the bigger Hub's, it needs at least 2to 3 kilometres to the main runway to take the bigger airplanes , until then it is only a big Heliport !!!!!

looks great , any plans to upgrade runway 07/25 ? or a possible extension of 16/34 ? so larger aircraft can come in .

An airshow, would be nice way to celebrate the upgrades to the Airport. 2023 would be achievable.

Any chance of a rail link? After ripping up all the west cork (including Kinsale/Ballinhassig) rail lines and piecemeal selling off of a valuable one percent gradient route, for a pittance, shortly after the official opening of Cork airport. It would be GREEN.
