Why cleaning the Valve?
Sometimes, zeolite from the sieve beds can leak and accumulate in the valve airway paths and chambers. Cleaning the valve is one way to address this issue.

How do you check other gases in oxygen?
When testing an oxygen concentrator, the primary focus is on checking the oxygen purity, as it is the main product gas. You typically do not need to check for other gases separately because the analyzer will provide the percentage of oxygen, and the presence of other gases is generally accounted for in this measurement.
If the ends are glued, can one try using s heat gun?
If you are referring to the ends of the sieve bed, they are usually not glued. You will need to unscrew or cut the sieve bed, as a heat gun will not help.
Love it! This is how people repair some very advanced systems with simple hand tools! Watch how other countries rebuild three-phase motors! It's hammers and coil winders made from scrap! Learning these hands-on techniques is gold! Never fear learning to take stuff apart! (Except radioactive stuff...don't take that stuff apart. Really, don't.)

Hello. Please specify what type and brand of zeolites do you use for regeneration? Have there been any practical applications of your technology ?
For this project, decommissioned zeolite was used. The zeolite was sodium and lithium-based, sourced from Longfain Jay-5 and DeVilbiss 525 oxygen concentrators. The regenerated zeolite was then used in oxygen concentrators and performed even better.

You can search online for sources of zeolite for oxygen concentrators. However, if you are servicing a concentrator, make sure to address all possible causes of the issue first. Refilling the zeolite should be considered only as a last resort.
Very detailed presentation...but very little information about filters inside molecular sieve bed....can you please work on it

Interesting video, thank you. Do you have a fix for a Visionaire 5. It beeps 4 times, indicating high pressure and the compressor belches very loudly. I think it is likely to be the sieve beds. What is the best way to service them?
Firstly make sure the solenoid valves are functioning properly by testing their magnetism using a paper clip during the cycles. Check that the exhaust muffler is unrestricted. Also please would you share the oxygen purity level the oxygen concentrator is producing? But the ideal approach is to replace the beds with new one if they are contaminated. Alternatively you can refill them with fresh zeolite after cutting. Check out this video here: th-cam.com/video/LuS36eIiEUQ/w-d-xo.html, demonstrating the process of refilling the sieve bed in a DeVilbiss 525 - applicable to Visionaire 5 beds as well.

I face a problem of unstable flow from the concentretor how can i solve
Check that the humidifier is not blocked. Check that the filters are not blocked, especially the gross particle filter as brokage might cause improper air intake and eventually affect the flow. Also verify that the flowmeter itself is not broken. Unstable flow in a concentrator can be also caused by leaks, incorrect operation of the four-way valve, or an underperforming compressor. Inspect all connections, tubing, and seals. Tighten loose fittings and replace damaged components. Ensure all paths open correctly. Check solenoid valve coil resistance and voltage with a multimeter. Listen for unusual sounds like squeaking and service if necessary.
