Workout videos, motivation, diet vlogs, fitness education, and more!
I started my fitness journey as a 5'11, 121 lb shrimp stick in 2014 and have been consistent ever since. I now weigh 194 lbs. I have had multiple upon multiple set backs in my life, however, my passion for fitness is so strong I could never give it up. I don't have the best physique on the platform but I have very valuable experience from the years of training and to this day I am still learning just like everyone else.

Perfect camera angle. I felt as if i was doing it, lol.
Cool. How much was the weight and by the way does it mainly focus strengthening your elbow...
All these exercises are specific to armwrestling. My goal is to make sure my hand remains above my opponent's while keeping my pronation. 1st exercise was 30 lbs on the riser to train the brachioradialis, which is responsible for keeping your hand high when facing an opponent 2nd exercise was also 30 lbs focusing on pronation, which is what you do to extend your opponent's wrist. Aside from that, these exercises could help with elbow pain if you have any. I can def make a video giving a further explanation of these exercises!
Wow, I had no idea that you were training for arm wrestling competition. Now I'm pretty sure these exercises will forge your hands and arms into iron-like strength, Good luck!
Good job dude keep up the hard work.
Appreciate it brother
1:46 Bro, Really curious, what's this exercise for? I dont quite get it
This is a hip thrust machine. It essentially trains hip extension in isolation which targets your glutes. Great for glute hypertrophy because of the stability and isolation it provides to the muscle.
@@frankengymstein Ah, I see! Thanks for explaining!
@@ranabilal339 Of course, any time! If you got any questions I'm happy to answer them.
