Too much mosquito
This resort is more like a one ⭐️ just left there two weeks ago celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. Very large property, but small is the resort. The food they provide you in every restaurants are very small portions. The sports bar is open until 1am but you must order room services after 1030pm. Not to mention, I purchased the Excellence club membership and for additional cost of $500 and was rejected to go to 2 restaurants bc my husband didn't have a button-up shirt 😮. We requested the cost to take us to the dunn waterfall, and they gave us a price of $335 per person. I called a previous driver from our last trip to Jamaica, and he only charged us $170 to drive us to and fro, and the cost to enter the park was only $25 per person. So the resort tried to profit $450 from us which insane 😢. When you have an issue at this resort, the worker attitudes change by the 3rd day we were ready to leave the resort. The drinks are water down as well. This resort opened up in 2018, and when u visit, u will see it needs a lot of upgrades in the lobby area, bathrooms, and sofa in the rooms. I had a better experience at Royalton and Eden Bay ... save your money, it's not luxury at all, in my opinion.
