A primary cause of language comprehension problems is difficulty creating an imagined gestalt. This is called weak concept imagery. This weakness causes individuals to get only “parts” of the information they read or hear, not the whole. I encourage teachers to get involved by giving a little insight into what is being said. I have observed that learners are not given attention at school because they don't understand what the teacher is teaching.

The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things. In leadership, there exists a profound understanding that to lead is not merely to guide but to inspire. It's a privilege that carries with it the responsibility of fostering an environment where genuine, sincere leadership thrives. I believe that the cornerstone of this leadership style is self-awareness, transparency in relationships, and an unwavering ethical foundation. These elements enable leaders to not just motivate their followers but to connect with them on a deeply human level. By embodying these traits, you have the power to inspire those around you to achieve greatness, transcending beyond what they believed was possible.

Being the country representative of Africa Dyslexia Organisation (ADO) is the sense of control that you feel in your life, your capacity to influence your own thoughts and behavior, and have faith in your ability to handle a wide range of tasks and situations with dyslexic children. Your sense of the country representative helps you to be psychologically stable, yet flexible in the face of educational conflicts such as the dyslexia or change. Educational Agency is a relationship between a principal and an agent in which the principal confers his or her rights on the agent to act on principal's behalf. Such a relationship is based on an agency contract. The rights and duties of the agent and principal are in accordance with the express or implied terms of the contract on dyslexia campaign and awareness.
