yea so for that second question with the tree you can set up a proportion in this case it would be 10/5=x/2 and then you can solve for x. In other words the shadow of the first tree was half of the length of the tree and so you can just multiply to 2*2 to get your answer of 4.

For the tree problem think about it like this: 1st tree is 10ft tall, shadow is 5fr, aka shadow is 1/2 of height of tree. Second tree shadow is 2ft so if thats half the height of the tree, the height must be 4. Half of 4 is two.

Good luck man, I got my act on the 26th. The best thing for me has just been doing the mind numbing practice test. Don't get discouraged you can make a lot of progress in 8 days. Move past problems that give you too many issues and bring them to those teachers because they can definitely help.

I'm lowkey cooked too currently in HS had 6 negative grades in math basically fixed all of them eh a few more to fix plus got negative grades in physics, chemistry and even LITERATURE also in my school u could pick a module like digital systems for example but I think I'm way beyond cooked because I chose medicine like hardest one and there's no going back 💀 can't get dropped out cuh
