Wife says our relationship is over. Holding off papers for 3 months for we can do one last family trip. So I have a 3 month window not only to work on me but God to work on her. I caused the end with inner child taking control. She says she’s firm on it. She says she’s pray and read the Bible on what the says about divorce but she’s so firm.

My wife says our relationship is over. She wants to file the papers. However, she’s giving me three months because we’re supposed to have one last family trip and then after that we’re gonna talk but she says that she is for her decision. I see that kind of a victory in a small way, because it gives three months for God to intervene I know why she wants to get divorced because I let my inner child take control of our marriage with all its insecurities and everything else because I have childhood abandonment issues, but she says it’s going to take massive permanent change in her mind to be changed to make this work and that she’s firm in her decision

Wish he would let her talk more..seems like he cuts her off a lot. Kind of comes across undermining or not trust her voice or perspectives.

I am going through the exact situation with my wife… I was the angry one for ten years just like him. Amazing how similar everyone’s situation is. I’ve even tried to explain all this and coming from me who was lost and angry just falls on her deaf ears. I was not a godly husband at all, now that I’m trying to be… it seems too little too late. I can only pray and be kind and loving to my wife no matter what. Thank you for sharing all this. It really gives me hope that miracles do happen

I wish my wife would listen to this....sounds like our exact situation, ive tried to tell her all of this and all she says is " what about my feelings, and how I feel" that's the reason she wants to divorce...she doesn't feel it anymore...it really seems like she has blinders on. we have 3 kids, it breaks my heart and ive given it to God... all I can do is pray and have faith, be the best man and father I can be.

Matthew 19-9 The term Christ Jesus used was "fornication." He was referring to the Jewish custom of the betrothal or engagement period. He didn't use the term adultery because He was not speaking about marriage. There's no justification for divorce. You can not remarry another. Be reconciled or stay single praying for your ex spouse salvation if they divorced or walked out. A pastor must be the husband of one wife. First time I’ve heard something from you all that I disagree with. Scripture is clear that remarriage is adultery so therefore that spouse who left and remarried is living is sin and now have a lifestyle of sin. You all do a great job speaking on scripture. It’s the same. You guys were “lucky” enough it was no other person in the picture but majority of standers due to divorce has had another person come in the picture before divorce and that situation often encourages the divorce. I know my wife thinks this is how God saved her in a sense “from our marriage”. If no one can separate us then really in God eyes we never divorced that’s why remarriage is adultery. I’ll keep listening because your videos are great but this the first time I disagree completely and would challenge you all to read scripture more and ask God to make it clear. Also doesn’t matter if the person a believer or not…again that is scripture. If it mattered then it wouldn’t be said the unbelieving spouse can become sanctify by the believing spouse

Yea I regret leaving when asked/demanded to. I was just tired of fighting and arguing and felt staying it was going to stay that way. My wife definitely only wanted me out to be free in her affair. Then when it took me a month and half to get my own place she kept saying I had plenty time and I kept telling her no I wasn’t plotting to divorce like you for the past several months. I would rather endure an argument than be ignored too!! It made things worse. But it was also not ok that my wife would ignore me like that.

Wow, just 15 mins and and so many similarities to my current situation. My wife did not seek the lord in what she wanted and although I wanted to seek the lord I was caught up in porn and alcohol. My wife has given into the world and at the moment is not seeking the lord. Divorce went through 2 weeks ago. Im standing for supernatural marriage restoration!

What if you don’t have kids and your spouse is a non believer ,does it make sense to stand ?

Pray for marriage my husband he left our house want divorce

I ask for prayers for my marriage to my Prodical Husband, he can't even look at me, he is stressed and angry. I love him and I don't want a divorce 😭💔. Our children need US (Daddy and Mommy) TOGETHER in Love with each other. 🙏
