Disney World Vlog Day 4 - Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mystery Pin Hunt, Trick or Treat
🎃✨ Day 4 of our October 2024 Disney Vaca✨🎃
We started the day with a slow and relaxing morning at our resort before heading back to the Character Warehouse to snag a few more Disney pins for trading (because you can never have enough pins, right? 😉). Then it was time to transform into the family from Disney's Coco for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP)! 🕯️💀🎶
The highlight of my souvenir hunt was the MNSSHP mystery pins, so you can imagine my disappointment when they were sold out as soon as we arrived to the park. But thanks to a super sweet Cast Member, we scored some just as the party officially kicked off at 7:00 PM! 🎉
From there, it was all about soaking in the spooky vibes: dancing on Main Street USA, trick-or-treating through the park, and enjoying all the festive fun MNSSHP has to offer. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to share all the magical moments with you!

@@kristinfonte thank you! ❤️ I think the Disneyland Star Wars set released this year when the WDW new hidden Mickey set dropped. We were really excited to find them! We ended up meeting another person from Cali later in the week and finished the set! I did the Disney College Program in 2014 & I worked at DAK Lodge. :) Merry Christmas!! 🎄

This is at a Burlington Coat Factory store. It’s a US based chain. This particular location is in Georgia but they have them in Florida too. :)
“Pin trading is stupid and wasting all that money on mystery packs is crazy………” Just got back from Disney tonight and spent an undisclosed amount of money on pins and made sure to hit pin boards on the way from the resort into the parks and hit all of them on the way back as well. I get it now. We had 5 tickets during our stay and on the 5th day we park hopped to trade pins. It’s a lot of fun. Somehow I was able to score an annual pass holder figment food and wine pin in one of the shops (don’t think the cast memeber was paying attention) I’m not complaining. Enjoy the pin trades!!!! I’ll be back to watch more trading videos

Oh. And I LOVE the frames you found.
I use 8mm or 10mm High Density EVA foam from Hobby Lobby. Glued to hard board from Lowe’s. ($15 for a 4x8 sheet). I’ve used E6000 and love the stuff but for this application I used spray glue. Then staple it in from the back.

@@ItMossBeLove thank you!! So “Disney After Dark” is the theme of this year’s WDW Pin Trading event. This year the event is September 13-14 at Coronado Springs! Tickets go on sale this Tuesday at 1:00 pm EST! I’ve never been able to get tickets (they’re very limited), but the pins you can find on the trading boards are amazing!!

We stayed at the All Star resort during our last trip but we were in the movies section! We definitely want to stay again in the future. Also it looks like yall got a lot of good finds at Disney Springs! Can't wait to see more!
We LOVE all of the All Star Resorts, but especially Movies! :) We have stayed at all but 2 of the resorts and there's just something so special and nostalgic about the All Stars. <3 Thank you for watching & commenting!

Wow! You did a great job on the pin boards. The frames are beautiful. Love it. Just a heads up, Michael’s has the foam board with a thin layer of cork already on it. The boards are under $10.00. I use them for my mystery pins. But love how your project turned out🌸🌷🌺

Awesome! Glad I found your channel. Looking forward to lots of videos about pin trading. One question… can you recommend some pin trading resources for storage of the pins while trading. I’m not a fan of using a lanyard.
Yay! Thanks for being here! :D My favorite way to store and organize pins is with PinFolios from GoPinPro! You can buy them online or at their awesome pin store in Orlanda, PinHQ (it's about 20 mins from Disney World). I have gotten a ton of their pin folios through a Whatnot auction as well. :)
