@@ValtindasDesign I always do the double shampoo whenever I wash my hair, so this time as well. I did use the shampoo before the gloss, not after, I just rinsed it off with water 🙂❤️

@@PhuongAnh-vl8sb no unfortunately, we haven’t. We’ve been to Kata which is just under Karon and it is beautiful, Kata Noi is in that area just under Kata beach and the water was amazing so is the beach itself 🙌
I don’t think eating only in 7-11 in any part of Asia is really much of a challenge. I think most people can do that for a whole month without problems. I think the only time it might be a problem is when you have to do that in the USA. The US 7-11 is probably the worst.😅

@@tc7605 I think you should give it a try, yoi have such a nice features that I believe it would suit you 😇 try maybe really wispy bangs so that if you don’t like them, they don’t make a huge difference and they blend nicely with your hair :)

It’s literally bad for most to wash and style their hair everyday. It will ruin your hair, especially if it’s long. I have trained my hair to wash once a week and at 62, my hair has never looked and felt so good. This is not for everyone, every 3 days is usually the best…

Even if I don’t style my hair it takes me like 30 minutes to wash it. It’s so thick it takes like 10 min just to get all the way wet. THEN atleast another 10-15 to put products in and brush it. So 45 minutes even if I don’t do a single thing lol
you're not even supposed to wash your hair every day. hairdressers usually recommend every other or every third day at least
