Low sound 4/6 Mani here and the volume thing is really a part of my human experience. If there are e.g. recommendations to take 500 mg of something, you'd be sure it's too much for me. I always have to check in with my body to feel the right amount of things so that it's not too much.

This was such a fun watch! My husband and his 3 siblings are generators, they have full on conversations in grunts 😭 and when they do speak, it's often in a generator mumble. It's so true they're always expressing themselves and not necessarily via words!

Low Sound 6/2 Manifestor here! So loved seeing a little of myself in both of you in this episode ☺ This concept of volume is fascinating and something I have noticed big time over the past few years - ending up with Perioral Dermatitis (also Touch Cog) from a histamine overload and then SIBO, which is an overload of bad gut bacteria. I gained a lot of weight and was holding a lot of inflammation in the body - then by following a low fodmap/low histamine diet - my body went 'back to normal'. I noticed as I started to increase the volume of food back in, my body hated it! So fascinating!

I really love that you just let your Manifestor self shine through in this. Also, I have to say that you rock the side part!🔥

Oh wow! I loved the laugh about Derek's speech patterns! I am low sound (6/2 emo manifestor) and do that speak pause speak thing! It's fascinating to think of that as a low sound quality.

I love Derek’s random bursts of singing 😂. I wonder, since Vaness isn’t necessarily teaching, but being, is that opening the space for Derek to do the same? That Manifestor inspiration and empowerment. Because on this show, it feels this is one of the more notable times that you both seem more free to be yourselves. It was fun to watch!

😂 we should start a ‘dogs of Manifestors’ support group… I feel better that I am not the only one who loses it with inconvenient dog barking. And I feel seen by you allowing us to see Manifestor rage in action. Although, to me it looks perfectly normal. Which, of course, it is to us 💗

I love your dynamic! You are both so fun to watch! My bf is a caves 2/4 mg and he used to scare the life out of me and pranking me all the time. Im a external markets 1/3 emo projector. So now I have set my boundaries too like your sister lol. But he as a caves gets the creeps when im going into his space!

I LOVE your online content & you both seem awesome. I was so so excited to find your YT channel. I've only been able to watch or even listen to complete a couple YT videos. The swish and other emphasis sounds and activity of the graphics detract and seem to be as important or even more than the actual the message. Maybe this is by design. I do appreciate you and all creatives expressing their uniqueness ! This is only my personal response which may be in the minority, or perhaps I'm not in your fractal or targeted audience. Simply, YES!!! I love you guys. I, as a 6/2 reflector born 6/6/1977, was in love and partnership with a 6/2 sacral generator for almost 10 years, when I was 27-37 years (entering and beginning to explore explore the roof!!) ... My best friend is a 6/2 MG who is turning 51 this year..and is blowing my mind with this transformation... I honestly feel like my inability to have a successful dinner party living way, way out in the forest wherefew wish to tread..., is satisfied by watching you two...at least a little... I celebrate you and thank you!

The spooking as a caves person is SO real. Hard relate to everything Derek says, haha. Smallest things will make me jump, like... if someone's not where I left them and I don't hear them coming and they're all of a sudden there? JUMP. I hated working in cubicle land where I had to have my back to the room. HATED it. People would make me jump all the time. So, I adjusted my computer to the outer L when I could to overlook the room and no one could sneak up on me anymore. XD Love your teaching moments, Vaness! <3
