How sweet 🥰 So glad you had a blessed Thanksgiving ❤ it was our oldest (my stepson) first Thanksgiving without his mom. She passed away in August and it was hard for him and hard for us seeing him go through it all. But so grateful we’re close to be there for and with him during this difficult time. We just got transferred back home (NJ) for work this past July so God’s timing is absolutely perfect. Praying for Mike and all of you as you go through lots of firsts. Stay blessed guys 🥰 🙏🏽

What a beautiful sunset, wow! Adorable grandkids as always! What a sweet Thanksgiving program, their shirts were ao cute! I have a very similar massage gun, they're amazing! I've suffered with back pain pretty much my whole life! I also have mild scoliosis and 2 herniated discs in my lower back. Just recently it's really been flaring up, zapping type feelings shooting up my back, but also hip/buttock pain on the right side. I'm assuming sciatica! I should use my massage gun!! I hope you, Mike, and your entire family have an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving and get to spend lots of time together!! ❤

How do you know how far down to adjust the knob for the pressure? That is my only worry about a manual press.

Weston was very cute and so was Haley! I’m still awe struck at how similar things are in our lives! Selling our houses around the same time, buying property with a “fixer upper” farmhouse. Our families, having our first grandson around the same time. Watching your post today, I was like, you have got to be kidding me!?! Several years ago, I injured my tailbone. Like you, I just dealt with it because there’s not much that can be done. Then a couple years ago, we were out fishing with friends and a big boat came by. Michael told me to hold on because the wake was going to be big and next thing I knew I flew up 4 feet in the air and then smacked down directly on the deck of the boat on my tailbone. I couldn’t sit at all. Had to shift to one side or the other. Went to the chiropractor for several sessions. Went to the doctor and had a scan done. Apparently, my previously injured tailbone had completely dislocated and was not attached anymore, other than by the ligament dangling onto it. I had injections for 2 years and bought a massage gun, and it has been a life saver for me!!🙌 I can sit “normally” now, as long as it isn’t for too long. Those guns are worth every penny! The battery on mine went out last week and won’t hold a charge. Guess it’s time for a new one. 😉 May y’all have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving!!

“Oh my wow” Girl! I kid you not! I have suffered from tail bone issues for YEARS! I’ve fallen on my butt a few times over the years (one time standing in my recycle bin to push things down and the wheels rolled and down I came!) they say it takes a good year to heal.. um not this girl! Anyway, I’ve had X-rays, and they don’t see anything so I’ve just been sitting on donuts in the house, in the car, etc. but it has been feeling a little better lately. My latest is neck pain. I recently found out I have arthritis in there. No surprise because my mother had it too. I do have a massage gun. I’ll start using it for sure!!! And yes! I do watch the voice!! Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! Also I have a grounding floor mat that you sit with your feet on it. Haven’t used it consistently enough yet to tell but winter is coming so will use it more. Have thought about the grounding bed sheet as well. 😊
