Dave’s solo in the second song; beatles song I can’t remember the name of rn… Is probably the most soulful and favorite solo of mine of him … ever Sometimes I just wish he’d play more pentatonic solo stuff instead of everything being SO out. This band is great tho glad to see another iteration of it lately too. Awesome!

Excellent show in an amazing venue! I had no idea what to expect but I LOVE John Medeski and Mike Rivard when he was in Morphine so I took a chance and wasn't only impressed, I was mesmerized! These guys made some amazing stream of consciousness music. I could tell some of it had structure with improvisation mixed in. And then there's the venue: Groton Hill Music Center which opened in September of 2022 in Groton, Massachusetts: what a beautiful place to see music and the acoustics are terrific! Support both Club d'Elf and Groton Hill -- your ears will thank you!
